Case Summary:
Mellanie Ross lost her job due to the bleak economy. She was becoming desperate after three months of unsuccessful job hunting. Mellanie began to focus on her one skill – sewing! From that thin starting point, she launched a business that grew to $5 million in sales in six years, with company-owned stores and franchisees. The company’s rapid growth, however, began to put emotional strains on Mellanie personally. How should she handle these challenges?
